The Group is principally engaged in the excavation, loading, hauling and supply of mineral ore. Phil-Sino Union Resources, Inc. (“PSURI”) was incorporated in the Philippines in 2008. PSURI is our Group’s principal operating entity in respect of our provision of excavation, loading and hauling business. Pacific Infinity Resources Limited (“PIRL”) was incorporated in the Hong Kong in 2011. PIRL is our Group’s principal operating entity in respect of contracting, marketing and supplies management functions business.
